Any changes and cancellations must pre-notified in writing to the Conference Secretary (apxps2020@gmail.com) by e-mail. Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made on or before November 30th, 2020. Cancellations made on or after December 1st, 2020 are not refundable. All cancellation costs will be charged to the participant.
Refunds will be made by the payment method you chose.
