Visa Information
Foreign nationals planning to enter South Korea for the 2024 EPICS Collaboration meeting are required to have a valid passport and a visa. Citizens of countries or regions with visa exemption agreements with South Korea can enter temporarily without a visa. For visa-related information, please refer to the website.
K-ETA (Korea Electronic Trabel Authorization)
All individuals eligible for visa exemption must complete the K-ETA application at least 72 hours prior to their flight departure. The K-ETA fee is 10,000 Korean Won or 10 US dollars. For more detailed information, please visit the following website.

Invitation Letters
If you need an invitation letter to attend EPICS Collaboration Meeting, please contact us by email (epics-2024@postech.ac.kr) with the following information.
Full name on your passport, including title (Mr., Mrs., Prof., Dr., ...)
Copy of passport
Personal details (Date of birth, Telephone, Full affiliation name, Full postal address)
** Please make sure that online registration should be made before applying for an inviation letter.
** If you have already entered the relevant information during the registration process, there is no need to send additional information.
** These letters do not imply financial support or special invitation by the seminar or it's organizers.
