Exhibition Schedule
- Installation & Exhibitor Setup: October 22 (Sun) afternoon (17:00 ~ ).
- Exhibition: October 23 (Mon) ~ Before lunch on October 26 (Thu).
- Removal: October 26 (Thu) afternoon.
Participation Fee
- 2,500,000 KRW (per 1 booth)
- Sponsorship items
- Exhibition booth (3 m (width) x 2 m (depth) x 2.5 m (height)) + table (1800) + 2 chair
- Company logo and hyperlink displayed on the LLRF2023 website
- Vendor supplied promotional item or pamphlet in welcome bag
- Free registration for 2 individuals and banquet tickets per booth (2 regular registrations)
*Any additional workshop participants will be charged at the regular registration fee.

- Organizer shall allocate the space considering the floor space, the order of applications received, the type of the products and other reasonable standards
Application and Payment
- You can apply in the registration category and pay by card and bank transfer. The payment receipt will be sent by e-mail when you have successfully registered.
- Application deadline: September 22, 2023
- If you want make the payment by bank transfer (invoice), please send an invoice request to llrf-2023@postech.ac.kr
- Beware that an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per invoice will apply on this payment method in order to cover the financial transaction costs.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Requests for cancellation and/or refund of the registration fee must be sent to llrf-2023@postech.ac.kr.
- Requests for refund of the registration fee must be made up to 30 days before the start of the event. For the refund, an administrative fee will be charged. (until September 22, 2023)
- Cancellations requested any time within the 30 days before the start of the event will not be refunded. (after September 22, 2023)
