Registration Guideline

Registration Fees

All the participants are kindly requested to make registration through the conference webpage.

Standard	180,000 KRW ~ 130 USD
Student	90,000 KRW ~ 65 USD	Requires student verification
KOPUA	70,000 KRW ~ 50 USD	Banquet is not included. Please request a banquet ticket at the registration desk(charged) if you would like to attend.
Free	-	Plenary Talk Speaker Retired scientist over 65 Member of OC or LOC

To verify registration, students, KOPUA members, and free registrants may be required to present your ID at check-in. Attendees who do not qualify for free or discounted registration will be responsible for an additional fee.

  • Conference materials
  • Conference Banquet (except for KOPUA)
  • Technical Tour

Payment methods

1. Online credit card (Recommended)
   • Global credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay
   • Korean cards: Lotte, BC, Shinhan, Hana, NH, Hyundai, Woori, Samsung, KB, etc.
   • For security reasons, payment is only allowed if the card is issued in the same country as the payment.
   • This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com. The payment receipt will be emailed to registrant upon successful payment.
   • Note: Online payment is not yet available! It will be available starting in late August.
     ⇒ Online payment is now available: Lotte, KB, Hana, Samsung, Shinhan, Hyundai, NH, JB
     ⇒ BC and Woori cards are currently unavailable for payment. This issue will be resolved shortly.
2. Bank transfer (invoice)
   • If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request an invoice by emailing icabu-2024@postech.ac.kr.
     *You can check your payment information listed on your registration checkout page.
      (Your name, Registration ID, etc.)
   • All registrants must complete the registration form before requesting an invoice.
   • All bank service charges must be paid by sender.
   • Bank transfer payments are accepted until October 31st.
3. On-Site payment
   • The registration fees are payable at the registration desk via credit card or in cash.
   • Note: Due to technical issues, payments with Woori and NH card cannot be processed.

*The official receipt for the payment will be provided at the registration desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Full refund : until November 12, 2024 ( No  administration fees )
• No refund : after November 13, 2024

* Cancellation or refund requests for registration fees should be directed to icabu-2024@postech.ac.kr

* Requests for refund of the registration fee must be made up to 1 day before the start of the event.
