Oral Presentations
- Projector resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels ( 16:9 ratio )
- File format: PDF or PPTX (MS Powerpoint)
- Please submit your presentation materials no later than the break time before your presentation. You can use a USB memory stick, send them via email to LOC staff, or directly upload them to your contribution page.
Posters
Each poster will be presented on a single board measuring 115 cm wide x 143 cm high ( 45 in x 56 in ).
To ensure optimal visibility, we recommend to prepare and print a poster of size ISO A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) or US Arch E (36 in x 48 in) format with a PORTRAIT orientation.
Note: Avoid landscape orientation for the A0/Arch E formats, as it will be too wide to fit the poster boards.
Organizers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting posters (tape, etc.).
Presentation Schedule
- Display: Nov. 13th (Wed), 13:10 ~ Nov. 14th (Thu), 18:00
- Main Seesion: Nov. 14th (Thu), 13:00 ~ 14:30
*Presenters are kindly requested to remove their posters at the end of the designated display period. Any posters remaining on the boards on Friday morning will be removed.
