- The registration fee includes:

Payment methods
- By credit card (recommended)
- International credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay
- Korean cards
- Please note that for security reasons, payment is only possible when the country of card issuance matches the country of payment.
- This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com. The payment receipt will be emailed to registrant upon successfully payment.
- By bank transfer (invoice)
- If you wish to make payment via bank transfer (invoice), please send the invoice request email to ml-2024@postech.ac.kr
- Prior to requesting an invoice, all registrants must complete the registration form.
- Please note that an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per invoice will charged for covering financial transaction costs with this method. By using this payment method, group registration is also possible with a single invoice.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Full refund except administration fee : until February 2, 2024
- No refund : after February 2, 2024
* Requests for cancellation and/or refund of the registration fee must be sent to ml-2024@postech.ac.kr
* Requests for refund of the registration fee must be made up to 30 days before the start of the event. For the refund, an administrative fee will be charged. (until February 2, 2024)
* Cancellations requested any time within the 30 days before the start of the event will not be refunded. (after February 2, 2024)
