The Local Organizing Committee has booked a block of hotel rooms (Lahan Select Hotel), and are available for workshop delegates to book on a first come, first serve basis.

Rooms are available at a preferred rate for the workshop for the following date range: Sunday, March 3 thru Friday, March 8. If you arrive early and/or depart late, rooms will be offered at a different rate for the dates beyond the workshop. See calendar below ( *based on mountain view ):

- 48 hours prior to accommodation day : 50% Cancellation Charge
- 24 hours prior to accommodation day : 100% Cancellation Charge
